Physical DMG will not apply any Elements, nor can it engage in Elemental Reactions.
Hydro Application
When Hydro is applied without dealing any DMG, the Elemental Reaction triggered will ignore DMG-dealing effects:
[Hydro + Pyro] Vaporize: no effect
[Hydro + Electro] Electro-Charged: No effect
[Hydro + Cryo] Frozen: The target is unable to perform any Action this Round (Can be removed in advance after the target receives Physical or Pyro DMG, in which case they will take +2 DMG)
[Hydro + Dendro] Bloom: Creates a [Dendro Core] that grants +2 DMG to the next instance of Pyro/Electro DMG
